virtual7 GmbH paves the way for a successful 2024 financial year

virtual7 GmbH records another very successful financial year at the end of 2023. Revenue from digitization services exceeded the previous year’s level by 33.8% and amounted to EUR 34.90 million at the end of the year. Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) amounted to 12.7%, making it the second most successful result in the company’s history.

Successful integration in planning
By actively involving employees in the annual planning, it was possible to present not only positive company figures but also the achievement of all company targets. Bonus payments totaling EUR 1.38 million are paid out to employees to allow them to share in the success of the past year.

Sustained growth despite shortage of skilled workers
The company has recorded its largest team growth since it was founded in 1996. Despite the ongoing shortage of skilled workers, the IT and consulting service provider can look back on a total of 43 new hires in the past year, bringing the team to 161 employees. A sustainable strategy, clear goals, a successful in-house recruiting team and a strong employer brand with firmly anchored corporate values are the building blocks of this success.

A determined look into the future
In the future, the company is confident that it will continue to expand its activities within the German public sector. In addition, a new customer cluster in the environment, transport and energy sectors is opening up a new customer environment and creating added value for society by participating in digitalization projects.

As in the previous year, the kick-off was held via live broadcast and provides employees with an overview of the entire year. At the same time, all changes within the company are communicated transparently and in detail.
